> What kind of leadership we need, what kind of leaders do we need to be, and how leadership is changing, given the current context of global pandemic? In order to explore these issues The Culture Capital Exchange (TCCE) asked a group of leaders from higher education and arts organisations from across the UK, including me, to think about these questions, to talk about these questions and then to write something that explored their position on leadership.
> Derived from my personal observation and global experience, this piece explores the concept of Human-Connected Leadership, which is categorised as a continuum process of relevant and meaningful connection to society, resources at hand, and the immediate environment, and depends on a variety of factors - emotional intelligence, cognitive behaviour, context-specific situation, and personality, reflecting the situation we find ourselves in rather than our personal preference.
